This applies to all the products I have purchased. Only once, with an online purchase, did I have to throw away a dozen cartons of milk because it was so solid that it wouldn't come out of the packaging. I called the relevant department and they refunded me, after I attached photos of the expiry date and a video of what had happened. They refunded me the value of the goods, but at least they apologized!
