Dried tomatoes are a favorite dish. Bought in a bag, I can fill them into jars myself with spices, garlic and very good oil!

Great for fine sauces
I prefer the tomatoes in the jar and then you can see what you are buying, even if they are swimming in oil. Buying them in a bag is like flying blind. Nothing special.
the taste isn't great and there's a lot of skin, it's far from average, too bad.
