They are very tasty. Perfect with dips or as an appetizer!
They're delicious. They taste similar to rusks. One pack is enough for two older children. For a household with several people, I would recommend buying two packs.

Too much broken bruschetta trim pack
Very crispy, good size. Quite dry, but very handy for spreading cheese, hummus, etc. on. Stays crispy for 2 to 3 days after opening the package. I prefer the olive oil version; I don't like the rosemary flavor. The last quarter of the package is crumbs, but the crumbs are pretty good in soup 🙃... Basic packaging.
Could a gluten-free version be developed?
Simple but attractive packaging. The crostinis are crispy and have a delicate flavor, but unfortunately many of them are broken. The rosemary crostinis are also recommended, but only for true rosemary lovers, as the flavor is very intense.
The consistency is good. It has little flavor of its own. It is a good base for spreads.
