They're delicious. They taste similar to rusks. One pack is enough for two older children. For a household with several people, I would recommend buying two packs.

Too much broken bruschetta trim pack
Very crispy, good size. Quite dry, but very handy for spreading cheese, hummus, etc. on. Stays crispy for 2 to 3 days after opening the package. I prefer the olive oil version; I don't like the rosemary flavor. The last quarter of the package is crumbs, but the crumbs are pretty good in soup 🙃... Basic packaging.
Could a gluten-free version be developed?
Simple but attractive packaging. The crostinis are crispy and have a delicate flavor, but unfortunately many of them are broken. The rosemary crostinis are also recommended, but only for true rosemary lovers, as the flavor is very intense.
The consistency is good. It has little flavor of its own. It is a good base for spreads.
The bruschetta are good, very crispy. They should be eaten topped with cream cheese or soft cheese. They are also very good with avocado. They are not too salty. On their own, they are not particularly flavorful.
The rosemary variety is much tastier and can be eaten on its own like crisps.
The packaging is not particularly appealing; it is simple, like the product it contains.
Crispy and ideal thanks to their bite-sized size. However, they absolutely need a spicy spread; without it, both varieties are too bland.
