tastes like marzipan and the pistachio pieces are of rather poor quality, it is also a shame that the brown pistachio skin has not been removed.

The ice cream is OK, but it tastes like bitter almond or something else, certainly not pistachio. Why don't you make a real pistachio ice cream and call this one "Pistachios for Central Europe" ;-)
