Hi, recently bought these cornets and yes they are good but was very disappointed or is this a product fault? What is it? Yes, the cornets are so small, so the lid at the top was pressed in on all of them and there is hardly any ice cream on the biscuits, maybe 3.5cm??? There is a hole where you have to look for the ice cream when you take the lid off. Is this normal, if so I won't be buying any more at this price or was it a packet that has been covered? With a Cornets there should be at least 5cm of ice cream on top of the biscuit.

Hello Vierbeiner, thank you very much for your patience and for submitting the data. We really appreciate your help. Thanks to the information you provided, we were able to precisely trace the manufacturing process. We found no signs of discrepancies either in the samples from the same production series or in the associated production documents. In view of these results, we rule out a general production error. Nevertheless, we have a suspicion: the cornets converge in the middle. This leaves the bags at the sides empty. It is therefore reasonable to assume that they were not transported properly. As a result, the cornets were crushed. This should not happen. As an immediate measure, we asked all departments involved to take more care. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope that you will give our cornets another chance to convince you of their egg-wall-free quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
