Best natas in Switzerland
I got tricked, because I actually wanted cheese ramen noodles!!!
Not crispy enough
Very good but expensive!!!
The best are a delight!
Super quality, just like in Portugal!
Not crisp enough, very pronounced industrial taste
Good taste at a low price
Delicious little flan
I've already tasted the real pasteis de nata several times in Portugal (a country I love to visit on my tourist escapades) and in a few Portuguese bakeries here in Switzerland, and frankly, this Migros product is nothing like it.
The dough is far from having that characteristic buttery crunch, especially with all those hydrogenated oils used instead, and the cream is too sweet and very industrial.
What bothers me most of all is the avalanche of additives and industrial ingredients added: preservatives, emulsifiers, thickeners, fillers... It really feels like an ultra-processed product.
I understand that Migros isn't an artisan patisserie and that we can't expect the same quality, but it's still a shame that they don't try to get a little closer to the traditional recipe by limiting all these additives.
It may be "nice" to get by, but I'm sure you can expect much better.
