Emulsifiers such as E471 and E472 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) or E475 (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), which we use to produce these crèmeberliners, are always of vegetable origin. Our manufacturer, the Fresh Food & Beverage Group, always uses vegetable fats and oils or butter for the production of bread and baked goods. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
