Dear Migros
Seven days ago I asked a question that has still not been answered.
In the meantime, I have bought a second tin of corned beef in the hope that this time I will be able to open it with the key stuck to it.
What a failure! Unfortunately, this one also looks exactly like the one in the pictures.
Could I ask for a hint?
If I do not receive a practical opening suggestion, I will rate this product with a single star and will not buy it again.

Dear Migros
I bought the "Corned Beef" last week as a trial because I read good reviews about it.
Unfortunately, I am still looking in vain for a method of opening this tin can without hurting myself.
I have uploaded three photos of it in order to possibly receive some practical advice.

Hello bonseb, thank you for your inquiry and the attached photos. We will be happy to help you to open the can safely and easily. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to open the can:
1. Cut off the small tool located on the top of the can (see photo 1).
2. Push up the metal tab on the side of the can slightly (see photos 2 to 3).
3. Guide the opening of the small tool over the metal tab (see photo 4).
4. Turn the tool forwards so that the metal tab is wound up and the can opens (see photo 5).
