I also found this product extremely delicious until I saw a report about prawn farming in Thailand.
Unfortunately, these prawns come from Thai farms. They are kept alive with chemicals and heaps of antibiotics. The prawns live in their own extremes. Fish that were released into the waters by animal rights activists for testing purposes died after a few minutes. The water is declared biologically dead after several breeding runs.
Migros should distance itself from such products or withdraw them from circulation.

The shrimps from our supplier Costa come from aquacultures in Thailand, Indonesia and Honduras. The animals used come from controlled farms where the use of antibiotics can be avoided.
Due to the low stocking density in the ponds, the risk of the animals becoming ill is minimized.
In addition to the checks carried out by our supplier during the production process, the farms are also inspected on site.
