Can I freeze veggie products?
Hello Taticomo, thank you for your inquiry. When this Wiener schnitzel is frozen, the structure is changed due to crystallization - it becomes slightly softer. However, from a shelf life point of view, the schnitzel can be frozen. We recommend doing this as quickly as possible at the bottom of the freezer. You can then defrost it slowly in the fridge. Why is this veggie schnitzel only labeled as "vegetarian" and not as "vegan"? I don't see any animal content on the ingredients list.
Hello BadPrankster, thank you for your inquiry! It has drawn our attention to the fact that we have already published the list of ingredients for the revised vegan recipe by mistake, although the product is still available in the vegetarian version in Migros. The packaging of the product in the store clearly shows that it is a vegetarian product with egg. We will correct the list of ingredients online as soon as possible, because it will be a while before the product is available in the vegan recipe - but you can already look forward to it! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can't you make a gluten-free corn variant?:( It's really stupid for our daughter who would like to eat a vegetarian diet but it's really difficult without alternatives....
Hello titatanja, thank you for your comment. We understand your daughter's wish. However, breaded products are generally not gluten-free due to the breading. We ask for your understanding. Cornatur Falafel, for example, do not contain gluten, even if they are not aha! certified. The nature Schnitzel and Quorn sausages also contain no wheat ingredients. As the products are not explicitly labeled as gluten-free, we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of gluten. It is therefore advisable to carefully test their compatibility first. Incidentally, our organic tofu is also gluten-free. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What are the ingredients?
Why don't you just add the list of ingredients to a new product? Is there something to hide again (palm oil etc...)?
Hello stecki, hello Celinem, the ingredients are always listed on the packaging. Of course, we will be happy to give you the list of ingredients: Rehydrated soy and wheat proteins, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt, turmeric, paprika), sunflower oil, dip (water, wheat flour, salt), binder (egg proteins, potato starch, palm fat, maltodextrin, thickener: E407), flavoring, spice mix (yeast extract, dextrose, salt, dried onion, herbs and spices, flavoring), wheat starch, soy fiber, iron pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, vitamin B2, vitamin B12.
