Hello, can I freeze this product? I put some in the freezer because I didn't have time to eat it by the end of the date and I'd like to eat it after thawing in the fridge and putting it in the oven for 20min at 175* fan heat. Thanks 🙏🏻
Hello Tytel, Cornatur products can be frozen in their original unopened packaging or in other suitable packaging (freezer bag, freezer-proof plastic tray). Shelf life in the freezer is approximately 2 to 3 months. Nature products (cutlets, slices, minced) can even be frozen for up to 6 months. It is important that the best-before date is not exceeded at the time of freezing. We recommend that you let them thaw in the refrigerator before use (for example, overnight).
