I agree with Bis07, I had the feeling that the last three packs were somehow different and I wanted to ask exactly the same questions now. The taste is different, it's not as chewy as before, it almost squeaks between your teeth. To be honest, I don't like it at all because it was much better before. Please also ask for an answer as to whether anything has been changed.

Hello Flauffely, of course you can freeze the Cornatur Quorn Geschnetzelte in the pack. Just a note: when freezing, the moisture stored in the product can escape and freeze to the packaging. If you defrost the product in the closed pack before preparing it, the product will completely absorb the moisture that has escaped and remain as moist as when freshly bought. You can freeze all Cornatur Quorn products for 3 months after purchase without hesitation. However, we recommend preparing the whole pack after defrosting and not freezing it again. Hi Michi2000, most Quorn products, such as the sliced meat, were briefly heated (pasteurized) during the production process in order to achieve an appropriate shelf life. To minimize the risk of germs, we recommend that these products are only consumed fully cooked.
