Can I eat the whole pack on its own or can it cause constipation or something else harmful?
Hello claude4422, the product is considered to be very filling and rather difficult to digest due to its high protein and fiber content. Why this impossible plastic packaging that you can barely open and produces so much waste?

We draw up life cycle assessments so that we know what impact the materials we use have on the environment. These take into account the effects from the extraction of raw materials to the disposal of the packaging. They show that packaging contributes very little (around 2 to 5 %) to the environmental impact over the product life cycle - the product itself has the greatest impact. An item that has spoiled due to a lack of packaging therefore has a much greater impact on the environment than its protective packaging.
In addition, cardboard packaging may be better for the environment than adhesive labels (mainly because of the adhesive) or printed films. There are a number of relevant factors that are sometimes not immediately apparent.
Nevertheless, we work every day on optimizing our products and therefore also on more sustainable packaging. The packaging has to withstand a lot during the process and for this reason it also has to be stable. However, we do our best to find a balance between the necessary stability and robustness and user-friendliness.

Could someone from Migros please adjust the nutritional values listed online? They differ quite a bit from the version currently on sale (which contains over 80% more fat at 3.1g instead of 1.7g). Your health-conscious customers would be very grateful!
Hello _______, we are currently reviewing a recipe improvement. We have already made the preparations by analyzing the ingredients list and nutritional values. We have not yet made a final decision on this because we first want to have the recipe change checked by a selection of customers. Unfortunately, the data from the preparations has already been put online, even though the previous recipe is still being sold in the market. We will make the decision in the next few days, depending on the feedback from the selected consumers. Regardless of the decision, our Cornatur Quorn minced meat in both recipes is naturally low in fat and free from cholesterol. The information on the packaging is correct. Hello markus-miu-mueller, thank you for your input. As part of our current efforts to optimize packaging, we already offer the items in the V-Love line without carton wrapping. Why the surcharge of 55 centimes from 13.06.2022 to 14.06.2022? I love it and can no longer afford it
Hello noname_83, the main reason for this surcharge is an increase in the cost of the raw materials of the product and its packaging. We compensate for normal exchange rate fluctuations and minor increases in raw material prices with a mixed calculation. However, if these costs rise steadily over months or if procurement prices increase drastically, an adjustment is unavoidable, even if we often do not pass on the full price increase to the sales price. i'm confused. gluten-free or not? at quorn.ch the minced meat is described as gluten-free. but here it says that it contains gluten. with a diagnosed celiac disease, this information is extremely important to me.
Hello Re1968, the Quorn minced meat does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and there is no need to expect any carry-over. Unfortunately, an allergen notice is incorrectly displayed online; this is a technical error in the system. A solution is currently being found. Can you just fry the minced meat? (e.g. for ghackets and hörndli)? Can the cooked ghackets be stored in the fridge (for how long, if necessary?) and reheated?
Hello minime_2, you can use Cornatur Quorn mince to make very good "Ghackets" or prepare the "Ghackete" in a sauce. If there is anything left over after eating, you can store it in a closed container in the fridge for 1 - 2 days without hesitation.
