Unfortunately, since the recipe was changed, the consistency and taste are no longer the same.
Quorn is completely indigestible. Even if it tastes good, it's not worth suffering from intestinal problems afterwards.
Good flavor. But it has nothing to do with a bratwurst. Too salty, even though I like salty food.
