I had already contacted Migros directly by e-mail because I had noticed the significant change in the Condy Peperoncini. The reply confirmed it: There had indeed been a change of supplier! This was necessary to ensure a stable supply and quality in the long term.
Since then, the color, consistency and taste have clearly changed. Whereas the peperoncini used to be bright, crunchy and pleasantly balanced, they are now darker, softer and their taste has changed significantly. The brine no longer tastes the same either.
I am pleased to see that I am not alone in this perception. The more feedback we receive, the better the chance that Migros, together with the new supplier, will be able to get back to the original quality.
In any case, my sandwich misses the old quality so much that it fell out of my hand in a huff the other day. It has resigned itself and has been looking at me reproachfully for days. In any case, it wouldn't mind; it's still mourning the old Knack ;-p

The supplier must have changed recently. The peperoncini used to have the barcode 7613269303237 and the quality was excellent. Now the quality has noticeably deteriorated: The new peperoncini are smaller, often broken or mushy - what a shame! Is there any chance that the peperoncini will be reintroduced into the range with the previous supplier?
Has the Liferant/manufacturer of Peleroncini been changed? The old peperoncini had the perfect heat. The new ones are too hot and cause stomach ache.

In the list of ingredients, the product with the highest percentage is listed first. 2 pieces of the red ones are included, more of the peperoncini because they are spicy, and this is what you are looking for in Peperoncini Hot.
