Simply the best for cheese fondue and fondue chinoise. Simply awesome
But why have you changed the tried and tested recipe? Unfortunately, the mushrooms no longer taste like they used to, but very bland. So I won't be buying them any more. It's a shame, because they used to be really good.
The capers dominate the taste

It was my favorite side dish for raclette or fondue chinoise. The new "better" recipe is unfortunately inedible, the old one was fantastic. Now it's a real glow-down. I desperately want the original recipe back.
Were always our favorite mushrooms and now with the new recipe only bland and vinegary... unfortunately no longer delicious - please return to the old recipe!!!!
