Hello, why has this once great toilet paper deteriorated so much? Once strong, tear-resistant and lint-free; now thin, tears immediately and disintegrates into many fluffs and shreds, absolutely unusable. Only the price has remained the same (or has risen in recent years). Why is the paper sold in the same packaging although it is something completely different? It no longer has anything to do with comfort. What a pity!

The Soft toilet paper has been missing from the Zurich Seebach branch for weeks and we received Soft Pure instead of Soft with the delivery from the online store. Has the Soft toilet paper (also recommended by K-tipp) been taken out of the range? We think that would be a shame. It's our favorite.

How can Soft Comfort have been out of stock in practically all Geneva stores for a week - and even have a stock level of "-9" in Eaux-Vives? Will there ever be a restock and delivery?

Hello eauxsoy, due to the current corona situation, the demand for toilet paper has increased significantly. Our suppliers are producing around the clock to meet demand, but there may still be shortages in some cases. As soon as we receive supplies, we distribute them directly to the stores. We are working extra shifts in our industrial companies and distribution centers, increasing staff, making extra trips to deliver to stores and have further increased road and rail capacity. Thank you for the answers, which give me the information about Soft Comfort toilet paper, which I had of course already given myself. The answer from M-Infoline does not explain to me why there has not been a roll of the product in my (medium-sized) store in 1207 for over a week. (I'm there every day!) Nor does the reply give me the slightest clue as to when I can expect to see the product again. Need I add that there is also no roll of other brands? In the meantime, the shelf space is largely filled by mineral water. Any indication ...?

Will the "Soft Comfort inclusive mini rolls" ever be taken back into the range? That was the best invention ever for toilet paper! When the roll was finished, no cardboard roll was left behind. And you also had mini rolls to take away. Please produce this type of toilet paper again and include it permanently in the range.

Has the thickness of the paper been changed recently? It has become very thin, fluffs and tears quickly. Was much better before, will probably have to look for a new brand :(

Our entire soft toilet paper line has been given a new, fresh design. But the colors are still the same, just a little more intense in some cases
.
The Soft Comfort toilet paper 12-pack cost CHF 8.60 until last December and has been reduced to CHF 8.30 as part of the price reductions made.
