How can I dispose of the boxes of these nine coffee capsules? Do I have to take out the plastic inside? And is it then cardboard? Kind regards R. Thalmann

What do I do if some of the balls (3 in this case) are ripped out of the packaging? Can I use them? Get a refund? Or nothing at all?
