Isn't it absurd that I receive vouchers with which I can buy discounted coffee that is delivered to my home postage-free, but I don't get any vouchers if I want to collect my purchase from your store myself?

When I bought my machine I had to register to receive coffee. It never worked and so I never received the coffee. I was told that my machine had already been registered even though it had just come out of its packaging... can you do anything for me?... thank you in advance and best regards! Annette Ducommun

How many cups per day is the machine designed for? I would like to put one in our office.

Hello Firebird7 Thank you for your question. We assume that the following calculation per machine fits: - 2 coffees per day per person on average - When asked how many people 1 machine is "still sufficient" for, the information varies from "up to 10 people" to "up to 25 people" We think that one machine can realistically be calculated for a maximum of 10-15 people so that waiting times, e.g. after lunch, are still acceptable. 10-15 people so that the waiting times are still acceptable, e.g. at peak times such as after the lunch break. Technically, the machine can "easily" brew 30 coffees a day. Hopefully we were able to help you with your question. Your Migros specialist store team

I would like to buy the new machine for ecological reasons. BUT where can I even test the coffee? Why not in a Migros restaurant? I got 2 coffees from a promoter in a supermarket. But they didn't convince me yet (thin, bland).
