Hello LA_RA_, we do not produce these clips ourselves, but buy them in standard market quality. The plastic will eventually become brittle due to sunlight and ageing. We therefore recommend wooden staples as an alternative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

thanks for the answer. i'm not sure if the wooden clips can leave stains on white laundry.

Hello LA_RA_, wooden clips do not leave any marks on clothing - neither on colored nor on white laundry. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Infoline Team There are definitely big differences in the materials used for plastic clothespins. Even if Migros does not produce this product itself, it has a responsibility here. I don't think the suggestion to switch to wooden pegs is the right answer. The material of these clothespins is a safety risk. I think that such feedback should be taken seriously. I would be happy to send you such "explosive" clothespins for material tests on request. This has never happened to me with other plastic clothes pegs, which I have been using for much longer. Kind regards Daliah

Hello Daliah2000, thank you for your input. We use the clothespins ourselves. If they are not constantly exposed to UV radiation, they should not become brittle. Nevertheless, we will take your feedback on board and pass it on to our specialist department. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
