I think the salami is actually good, but since the label material was changed, the sausage is damp in the areas under the label and some of it is already moldy before consumption! We were unable to consume the last two salamis before the expiry date as they had already started to go moldy before then, even when stored correctly. Please change the label material again so that the sausage does not become too moist.

Thank you very much for your quick reply! Unfortunately, we have already thrown away the label. It was the salamis we bought in March at Migros Aare Bern.
