Hello Philippito, Choquello classic popsicles do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected (no indication of traces of gluten). If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals. In the case of products without gluten-containing ingredients (according to the list of ingredients) and without any indication, it can be expected that no gluten is present or that any content would be less than 200 mg/kg or liter of ready-to-eat food. However, the product is not certified as gluten-free (gluten content below 20mg/kg). You may also be convinced by the following product, which has been certified as gluten-free: Aha! I am a big fan of these ice creams. But the last pack didn't have half the chocolate on the outside. In the current pack, the chocolate stick in the middle was missing. I'm starting to find this a bit cheeky. What should I do if I receive faulty ice cream? Can I report it somewhere & will I get a new pack? Or do I get my money back? That would be a better solution. As a relatively high proportion of brittle can be seen in the photos, we assume that the weight nevertheless met our specifications, which led to the approval and dispatch of this pack. The chocolate for the coating of the ice cream is replenished at the plant by the responsible employee as required. Therefore, if too little chocolate is used for a short time, our employees will remove the affected products. Does this product contain alcohol of any kind? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? It says flavors in the ingredients. Is it completely alcohol-free? Is it also suitable for vegetarians, does it not contain animal fats? Is E471 of animal origin?
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for your inquiry. Basically: Our milk components are lacto-vegetarian, the emulsifiers such as E471 are purely plant-based and our flavours may contain alcohol. Hello M-Infoline Team Interesting that I am the first to report this... The batch number is L0077 with M-Data 30.06.2016. The glue on this pack was "New Quality" and the chocolate bar broke every time. In batch L0079 with M-Data 31.08.2016 the chocolate bar also breaks most of the time. Thank you for your clarifications.

Hello vim Thank you for your feedback and your help. Last year, the recipe was adjusted to ensure better stability of the chocolate bar. Various tests also confirmed that an improvement was achieved and the bars became more stable.
