We visited Switserland last month and was most impressed with the beautiful Delizio Uno and bought one which we brought home to South Africa. However, we find that the Nespresso pods are not compatible with the machine and I can't find any pods so far that will work. Can you please help me? Can I order the pods from Switserland or can you please advise me with regard to which pods are compatible that I may be able to buy locally?
Kind regards,
Anita Nel

Will Lavazza pods work?

Thanks, Acko. I really appreciate your advice! I cannot find Cafe Royal so far (online search) in South Africa. Is it also a Migros owned product?
Hi AnitaNel, you're right.
Café Royal is available in Switzerland in Migros and migrolino stores as well as online www.leshop.ch.

Hi Istanbul
Thanks for your email. But they don't seem to deliver in South Africa! :-(
Anita
Hi Anita,
Migros sells its items exclusively through its branches in Switzerland and in neighbouring Germany and France.
The online shops also only deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Do you have an acquaintance in Switzerland? Perhaps they could obtain the items for you and send them to you privately?
Best regards.

Hello AnitaNel
We are very pleased to hear you like the flavour of our Delizio coffee so much!
In other countries, Delizio is marked under the name of Cremesso but unfortunately it is not possible to buy these capsules in South Africa. There are no plans to sell the products in South Africa in the future either.
However, we would be very happy to send you two packs. Please send us your postal address using the contact form and cite reference number IN_1299235.
We hope you will enjoy this gesture of goodwill and look forward to hearing back from you.
Best wishes

Capsule size has been changed, now they no longer fit in the capsule dispenser
Hello guest
Thank you for your contribution. We are sorry that you are having difficulties with the Delizio capsules at the moment.
The reason for this is as follows: The Delizio capsules have been increased by around 2 mm. Now they fit better in the machine (new machines), but no longer in the corresponding capsule holders. Of course, you can return your capsule holder to our customer service department at any time. They will replace your old capsule holder with a new, suitable model free of charge.
The changeover to a new capsule was necessary in order to achieve an even higher quality of the now 11 Delizo varieties and to comply with the current patent situation.
We hope you understand and wish you continued enjoyment while drinking your coffee.
Best regards

Hello M-Infoline
I have also noticed this but I still have the problem with my Delizio coffee machine that with the new capsules only drops of coffee come out. I still have an older coffee machine about 5 years old with a piston and as the capsules are larger, the pressure is no longer right and almost no coffee comes out of the machine. Will my machine now also be replaced as the capsule holder is also being replaced? The quality has always been right for me so far!
Best regards
kuma66@bluewin.ch
Thank you for your request. Delizio regrets that the machine is not working properly.
We will ensure that your machine is made functional immediately and offer you a free overhaul for old models (equivalent to approx. CHF 90.00) if the malfunction is due to the new capsule.
You are welcome to return the coffee machine to one of our sales outlets. The sales outlets are equipped with replacement machines so that you can enjoy Delizio coffee even during the repair. We would like to point out that, depending on the branch, a deposit fee may be charged. The amount of the fee is determined by the stores.
Alternatively, we can offer to have the machine collected from you by the post office. The letter carrier will give you a loan machine for the duration of the repair. Of course, collection requires that someone is at home when the postman rings. The delivery time by post is a maximum of 48 hours from Monday to Friday. As parcel post is not delivered at weekends, delivery over the weekend takes a little longer. As compensation for the inconvenience, we will enclose samples of our new products for tasting with every repaired machine.
Please let us know if you would like us to collect them by post by calling the M-Infoline (0848 84 0848). Please include your reference number and the keyword Migipedia.
We hope that we have been able to accommodate you with this offer and look forward to welcoming you to our stores in the future.
Happy holidays and a happy new year!

Hello,
Migros Herisau says:
I couldn't do anything, I would have to buy a new machine with a 75% discount. But I don't want a new machine, the old one still works, except that with the new capsules either no coffee runs through or coffee grounds end up in the cup....

Additional question:
Are the old capsules no longer available at all, even for certain varieties?
With best regards

Regarding the dispenser, I found out that if you fill the capsule upside down (narrow side towards the top), you can easily remove the capsules from the bottom again. In any case, it works perfectly for me.

Hello m-infoline.
We have the same problem with our coffee machine. The coffee either only comes out in droplets or the coffee grounds end up in the cup. However, this does not happen with all capsules. It's really tedious.
Kind regards
