The price of Delizio capsules is still extremely high. Unfortunately, the Delizio machine relies precisely on these capsules. I find it sad that Migros wants to undercut Nespresso at any price, but keeps its own brand artificially high. I think we will soon be taking our Delizio machine out of service and looking for a cheaper alternative. It's really sad what Migros is allowing itself to do...
Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
There are indeed numerous so-called "capsule copies" of the Nespresso system on the market today. These come at a wide range of prices, qualities and often uncertain compatibility with the machine.
Delizio's quality range is based on the market leader Nespresso - because Delizio is supposed to be the best alternative to Nespresso. However, as many Delizio customers are also interested in the best possible value for money, the range also includes Boncampo brand coffee capsules. Boncampo capsules are currently available for CHF 0.25 per capsule and round off the diverse range.
Furthermore, only Delizio offers a unique bonus program. Thanks to this, you have the opportunity to obtain your Delizio machine free of charge for a lifetime. Simply collect enough capsule points with Cumulus and redeem them at delizio.ch.
As sustainability is important to us, we only process coffee with UTZ certification. This guarantees not only fair wages, but also environmentally friendly production. You can find more information about this here: www.delizio.ch/utz
We would like to emphasize that Delizio is an independent, closed capsule system in which the capsules, machines and accessories are perfectly coordinated.
Delizio offers its own world of taste with a diverse selection of exquisite coffees and teas. We regularly surprise our customers with high-quality premium coffees as "Limited Editions" or take them into the world of flavors with our popular "Flavored Editions".
Your satisfaction is important to us! Best regards from the M-Infoline team

MIGROS is reducing the price of Boncampo capsules by 5.5 centimes per capsule. Is a price reduction also planned for MIGROS' own brand Delizio? It would be nice if consumers of Delzio coffee could also benefit from a reduction.
Dear guest
We are constantly monitoring the market and will adjust our prices if necessary.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you any more precise information and ask for your understanding in this regard.

I can only agree with this. I myself only came across the Delizio bonus system by chance. An active reference to the bonus system and the automatic counting (also retroactively) of the purchased capsules based on the Cumulus information would have been really customer-friendly.
Hello guest
The Delizio bonus system has so far been advertised via banners and AdWords. Further communication measures are already planned.
From calendar week 14, there will be a comprehensive national campaign with TV commercials, print ads and banners.
We will take your input into account for future campaigns.

... and once again the Cafe Royal capsules are being sold at a special price - like every few weeks. When will the Delizio capsules finally be available at 20%? As a loyal Migros and Delizio consumer, you get annoyed and slowly but surely feel ripped off and taken for a fool!
Do you really want to convert long-time Delizio customers to the Nespresso system?
and about the price: it is also very difficult to understand why the development of the machine is leading to higher capsule prices. Please stay true to the Migros philosophy and sell your own brand at a slightly lower price. Otherwise people will get the impression that you are adopting the dairy cow practice of inkjet printers. Once someone has the machine, they will continue to buy the capsules.
Dear Migipedia friends - do you agree? Then why don't you write something on the subject :-)

There is fierce competition for the Nespresso copy Cafe Royal. All suppliers want to outbid each other. That's why Cafe Royal is usually in action...
Have you ever tried the Boncampo coffee capsules? They are 25Rp cheaper per capsule than CR, even without the promotion
Hi jk11
Thank you for your request.
There are Cumulus promotions with multiple points on our Delizio capsules several times a year, from which our consumers can benefit.
In addition, Delizio's new bonus system was recently launched at the same time as the relaunch of www.delizio.ch. https://www.delizio.ch/de/public/Bonussystem/Delizio-Bonussystem.html
The Delizio bonus system is linked to the Cumulus card. With the purchase of each Delizio coffee & tea capsule, the number of capsules purchased is credited to the customer's Delizio bonus account in the form of capsule points. The capsule points collected can then be exchanged for attractive rewards from the Delizio world at www.delizio.ch/de/bonus.
Have a look!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

It would have been nice if the points had been credited automatically via Cumilus. Without unnecessary extra registration on a Delizio account. You are welcome to take this into account automatically and retroactively, as the data is stored anyway...

when the used espresso capsules are left in a storage container for a few days, an orange-yellow powder comes out of the openings. what kind of substance is this, is it harmful???
Dear Kurt
Thank you for your contribution.
This substance is coffee mold. This can occur if the capsules are lying around used.
We hope that this information helps you and wish you a Merry Christmas.

Hello, why are the Delizio capsules more expensive than the Café Royal capsules? It shouldn't be the case that the capsules for Migros machines are more expensive than capsules for third-party products.
Dear guest
Thank you for your contribution.
Delizio is an independent, closed capsule system. The range is made up of a diverse selection of coffees and teas - including in different price ranges. Delizio's machine development accounts for a large part of the fixed costs, which leads to a higher price.
We hope this information helps you and look forward to your next visit to Migros.
Kind regards
Your M-Infoline Team
