this truffle cheddar elevates the flavor of nearly every dish. it is very rich and flavorful- grate some of this cheese over scrambled eggs, it will make your breakfast burrito *amazing*! i add a little to most cheesy recipes and it just makes everything better. i often use it like ziger, grated sparingly on top of anything that benefits from cheese.
grilled cheese, mac & cheese, shephard’s pie, casseroles. i dont replace ALL cheese with this one, so one wheel lasts us a few weeks. maybe not the best cheese for eating alone, bc it is so rich.
