The goat's cheese from Chavroux looks pretty and appetizing and has a pleasant texture. Unfortunately, it has hardly any aroma and is practically unrecognizable as goat's cheese. It can be used in recipes as a generic cheese, e.g. for gratinating or in salads, but any other neutral cheese can be used for this purpose. So there is no real reason to buy Chavroux goat's cheese. #chavroux_ch
