What is the shelf life of these mushrooms from the harvest date?
Hi Michi2000, mushrooms taste best when they are as fresh as possible. They can normally be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. Once the packaging has been opened, it is best to store the mushrooms in the vegetable drawer in an open container or in a paper bag.
