I saw in a TV report that a lot of peat is used in mushroom cultivation. Peat is one of the best natural CO2 reservoirs, which would mean that mushrooms are real climate sinners. How are Migros mushrooms grown?
Hello piapatand, thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate your interest in the processing method. As the individual cooperatives procure the vegetables themselves, we would ask you to let us know your purchasing region. We will be happy to make further enquiries for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, I have to say once again that I'm not so happy with the quality of these brown button mushrooms, but it's probably less to do with the mushrooms than with the storage at Migros. I actually wanted to take the ones on sale anyway, but they were sold out. There were only two baskets left, so I took the one with the fresher-looking mushrooms. But yesterday, on the day of purchase, I noticed that the first mushroom already had traces of mold, all the mushrooms were very open at the bottom and no longer tasted very fresh...
... and the day after I actually had to dispose of them - with a heavy heart - because they smelled really bad and the stems were all rotten up to the umbrella :-(. Too bad, also for my money, I will no longer buy the brown mushrooms from Migros in future.
Hello Twilight
Thank you for your valuable message.
We will be happy to forward it to the relevant specialist department. Which store did you shop at?
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
As always: Horw :-/, it's probably a space problem in the chiller cabinet? By the way, unfortunately I haven't had any king oyster mushrooms in this store for a long time. Previously they always had king oyster mushrooms and they were almost always sold out, they were so popular with customers. Could you please pass this on - that would be great! Many thanks and best wishes, "Twilight"
We would like to ask you to bring the rejected mushrooms back to the store so that they can be inspected on site and replaced immediately.
Thank you very much for your understanding for this procedure. Your M-Infoline Team
? I bought the mushrooms 5 days ago and had to dispose of them four days ago. I don't keep foul-smelling, rotten mushrooms and take them back to the store. If the quality of the mushrooms is regularly not right, I simply don't buy them in Migros any more. Thank you for understanding this approach. Your "Twilight"
