The "Swiss Made" label has been missing from this product for some time. Is this adhesive really no longer produced in Switzerland after all these years? If so, where does it come from? There is no indication of origin.
Hi stecki, the formula of the Cementit Universal adhesive is still the same. The new Swissness regulation has been in force since January 1, 2017. The requirements for a product labeled "Swiss Made" are much higher and differ from those of the declaration of origin. We work with a Scandinavian partner for our adhesive. The final work steps are then carried out here in Switzerland by the Töpferhaus Foundation in Aarau. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thanks for the answer. So that means, without any pretentiousness: the glue is manufactured in Scandinavia and then packed in the cardboard box in Aarau. This has nothing whatsoever to do with the "new" Swissness regulation. No longer a Swiss product. What a pity. Please also replace the picture here and on migros.ch, otherwise you are misleading the customer.
