A good, mature cheese! The salt content is noticeably higher, but that's to be expected with a cheese of this type. It's a little crumbly when you try to cut it, but that's also part of a well-matured cheese.
The price-performance ratio is fair, and the cheese is impressive across the board. It has character and its own distinctive flavor. In short: a very good cheddar! The color is also pleasantly natural, with no trace of the artificially orange-colored lump that sometimes comes to mind when you hear the name "cheddar."
