This fuet is very fine and tastes very good. It has a very fine taste. I was given the tip by a Spanish woman to eat it without peeling, which I can only recommend as it makes the taste even better.
The degree of hardness varies greatly, sometimes rather soft and other times rather hard, regardless of the best-before date.
Unfortunately, they are often not available in our stores, but when they are, a few always end up in my trolley.
Very good, balanced in taste, not too salty and not too spicy. For me, better than the traditional Salametti sausage.
The flavor is exceptionally good, but it is hard to peel and very, very hard
Much too hard, too dry, too done. Yet the expiration date was 15 days later. We tried to eat it 2 days after purchase. The skin is impossible to remove, which might not be a problem if it didn't have that old cupboard-bottom taste. It would certainly have been good if it hadn't been so dry.
We really liked
For me, this salami gets a clear 5*, the taste is simply superb. The chorizo from this line is also awesome. I hope these products stay in the range, at least they will end up in my shopping cart often enough :)
There are other Fuets better , both in price and quality
