3 questions

We love these pastilles :-). When will they be available again in Wettingen?

Hello Graham90

Thank you for contacting us.

The item you are looking for is a cash register item that the Wettingen store has no longer stocked since 2020. For space reasons, it is unfortunately not currently possible to restock the Cassis throat lozenges. As an alternative, we can offer you the larger 220 gram pack or the 110 gram box. Both items are stocked by the Wettingen branch.

If you would like to buy the item you are looking for, you would have to go to the Baden City or Nussbaumen branches. These two branches stock the article in the 50 gram quantity.

We hope we have answered your question and wish you a good day.

Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hi I know there have been some recalls of the pastilles. I had to return 53 bags to our local Migros this morning. I wanted to buy new ones but there were none left, not even at Leshop. Hell, hell, hell.!!!! I'm addicted to these things. If I had known you guys were having delivery problems again, I would have kept the recalled goods and continued to ruin my oral mucosa. Never mind! When will you get a refill? Help, this is an emergency!!! I need my cassis pastilles!!! Please🤣🙈

quel animale pour la gelatine ?

Hello @123qwer Pork gelatin is used in pastilles, so gelatin is always of animal origin. Gelatin is an ingredient and therefore does not have an E number. Gelatin is always declared as "gelatin" (or "edible gelatin"). Porcine gelatin is mainly used in food. Gelling agents, on the other hand, are additives and always of vegetable origin. They are declared either by name (e.g. "pectin") or with an E number (e.g. E440). Best regards Frederica

Hello 123qwer, thank you for your inquiry. Frederica has already answered your question correctly, so we can't add anything to it. Many thanks to @Frederica. Sincerely yours, your M-Infoline team
