Thank you very much for allowing us to try Caruso espresso gustoso. What grind should I use to grind the beans? Our coffee machine is a DeLonghi piston machine without a coffee grinder.

Hello madahari, thank you for your question. The aroma of coffee is influenced by various factors. In addition to the grind, the extraction method (e.g. with a portafilter) and the water also play an important role. The exact grind setting is therefore also a question of personal taste. For espresso in the piston machine, we recommend a fine, but not quite deep grind, something around grind 2. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I received the test pack free of charge today. Do you always get this without an information letter/mail? Not even a sender is known on the package.
