In addition to the grind, the extraction method (e.g. with a portafilter) and the water also play an important role. The exact grind setting is therefore also a question of personal taste. For espresso in the piston machine, we recommend a fine, but not quite deep grind, something around grind 2. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
