I was missing 4 screws that were essential for the first stage of assembly... I contacted customer service, and got no reply by e-mail, but a call that I received hours later. They offered to send me some screws, but I'd already bought some at the hardware store. I was nevertheless compensated... excellent customer service! Beautiful piece of furniture in unfinished wood!
I have the chest of drawers in oak. I like it very much. The assembly was carried out professionally.

Very nice, stable & high quality chest of drawers. Easy to assemble & also relatively quick, as the drawers are already assembled. Due to the drawers, the package is also relatively large or wide. This should be taken into account when collecting it yourself.

Very nice piece of furniture, relatively simple to build, with lots of storage space. Unfortunately, one of the prefabricated drawers was assembled upside down. I had to wait 3 weeks before I could exchange it for a properly constructed drawer. In my opinion, this delay is excessive, but in the end I'm happy to have my three drawers.

I have it in walnut & it is my absolute favorite piece. The color is beautiful, the quality of the piece is great. There's enough space in the 3 drawers and it was easy to assemble.
