The bed and mattress I ordered are fine, the quality matches the price. However, the service from Micasa was simply bad! No information about delivery delays, no reply to inquiries by email, no information available by phone in any language, forwarding to the desert with no answer, no thanks Micasa, if you can't do better then leave it alone.
