If it has 33% Vacherin and 33% Gruyère. What is the other third of the mixture? White wine and starch? Or does it have other cheeses in it?
Hello HeinzB, thank you for your inquiry. The Fondue Moitié Moitié contains Gruyère and Vacherin. The last third is actually wine and corn starch, with the white wine being the main contributor to the weight. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
