Too much cornstarch! Becomes far too thick.
Reduce by at least half or better still, leave out.
I used this cheese mixture not only for fondue but also for lasagne. Unfortunately, starch has now been added, so I will be making the cheese mixture myself in future. What a pity!
Because the cornstarch is already added, the fondue no longer tastes the same, but I have already added it, as has someone else, but it was apparently deleted. Too bad.
