The label "lactose-free" is missing here. The same cheese in 300g and 150g portions, on the other hand, is labeled as lactose-free.

If the Caprice des Dieux is a soft cheese, why is the core always dry and hard? is it not ripe enough because the outside is always nice and creamy and soft? when I buy a soft cheese, I want the same consistency from the outside to the inside and that is not the case with the Caprice des Dieux.

Hoi Aupechaub, thank you for your inquiry. Caprice des Dieux is a cheese whose texture changes as the product ages. For this reason, depending on the age of the product, the heart of Caprice des Dieux may still be firm and rather dry, or it may be melt-in-the-mouth and soft. In general, this cheese has a dry, still fresh heart 30 days before the best-before date. We consider 15 to 20 days before the best-before date to be the ideal consumption phase. Less than 10 days before the best-before date, the product is also very creamy at the heart and has a more intense flavor. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
