A fine French classic. It's just a shame that since Mr. Wunderlin took over, Migi no longer offers this cheese in the tried and tested 180 g pack, but only in "small" or "very large" sizes. Customers can't be changed, so we'll just get the 180 g Caprices from Denner or Coop.
