We are aware, however, that the paper version is a little more sensitive than the plastic version due to the material used. We therefore understand your dissatisfaction. However, improvements have already been made based on feedback from Capri-Sun enthusiasts. Nevertheless, we suggest you proceed as follows: remove the straw from its paper wrapper, sliding it up and down to avoid damaging it. Hold it close to the tip as you prick it into the bag.
