Why has the packaging been changed? The new packaging is very cumbersome, mouthwash runs along the bottle, it becomes sticky. The old packaging was great, perfect for dosing.
Hello Celinem, thank you for your inquiry and for your feedback. We are sorry that you are having difficulties handling the new bottle. Until now, we have offered a mixture of different container sizes for our Candida Dental Fluids: 400 ml bottles (with standpipe) and 500 ml bottles. In order to offer a uniform size for all Candida mouthwashes, we have decided to switch to the 500 ml container. Unfortunately, the 500 ml version is only available without the previous dosing device (standpipe), but at the same price. However, you can measure the required amount directly in the lid. If the mouthwash runs along the bottle, we recommend that you rinse the lid briefly before screwing it back on. The type of bottle currently used is a common packaging solution that is widely used on the market. We hope that you are still happy with the new packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
