«Customers express frustration over the unavailability of replacement brush heads for the Candida electric toothbrush, which has led to premature disposal of otherwise functional devices. Many feel misled by the lack of communication regarding the discontinuation of these accessories, undermining the brand's commitment to sustainability. Despite these issues, some reviews praise the toothbrush's performance and value for money.»

I am also very disappointed by Migros' approach. It is unacceptable that a fully functional machine simply has to be disposed of.
Too bad, that's not in keeping with the times and Migros' guidelines. Clear thumbs down....
Our two Candida machines gave up the ghost about two years after we bought them (after the warranty expired). I found two new brushes. I'll probably have to dispose of them as scrap.
incredibly annoying - that such new appliances as these electric toothbrushes can no longer be used simply because of a lack of replacement brushes...
...and when you read the irrelevant, helpless replies from Migros to the comments, it definitely doesn't make things any better - instead of empty phrases - it's better not to reply at all
Where are the replacement toothbrushes?!!! Where can I get a replacement?
I don't want to produce electronic waste unnecessarily.
We think it's cheeky that the replacement brushes are simply removed from the range without prior information. Migros has so many ways of communicating prior information (Internet, information on the sales rack, Migros newspaper). The standard comments from Migros on the customer reviews show how much Migros appreciates its customers. One more question: Are there any replacement brushes that fit the Candida toothbrushes?
No more replacement toothbrushes! 😕👎
A company that really values its customers would: 1 - Stock up on spare parts; 2 - Remove the toothbrush from the range; 3 - Put a sign on the store shelf stating that the product is no longer available, but that replacement brushes are still available for a year (possibly from customer service). A similar message on the website and comments on the respective product pages. *** NB: Such an approach costs the company next to nothing and contributes a great deal to the company image. Message: 'We value our customers'. ACTUAL PROCEDURE: - Toothbrush and replacement brush silently withdrawn from the range - No information on the shelf - No information on the website. Product pages still there, only with availability in the stores all set to 'not in stock' -> The customer searches and finds nothing - Through persistent research, the (only logged in) customer reaches the corresponding pages in Migipedia. After more than three months, still no 'official statement', only soothing strokes from the support staff *** NB: 1- Total cowardice on the part of the company. Commercial difficulty should be admitted right away. When a product is discontinued, you have to think of the customer, not just the image of the suits on the executive floors. 2- Total contempt for the clientele. The customer must 'suck it up' in good American. After 40 years at Migros, I now feel increasingly treated like dirt.
be sure to supply replacement toothbrush heads again!
Too bad the replacement toothbrushes are no longer available, I'm now disposing of my 100% functioning toothbrush. So much for environmental protection, Migros is just giving away. I doubt anyway whether anyone at management level reads the many negative reviews and thinks about what customers actually want.
