A great product, but: one of the ingredients is "Hydrogenated Castor Oil". How is this obtained? I hope that no living beaver has to die for my mouthwash!

Good evening dkhlanger Hydrogenated Castor Oil isthe oil obtained by hydrogenating virgin castor oil (Ricini oleum virginale). The substance consists mainly of the triglyceride of 12-hydroxystearic acid (PhEur). Best regards Frederica

Thank you Francisca, then I am reassured, as it is purely vegetable castor oil.

Hello dkhlanger, thank you for your inquiry. We can confirm Frederica's statement - thank you Frederica for your contribution. Hydrogenated castor oil is a purely plant-based substance, which is also known as "hydrogenated castor oil". The substance is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, plant-based and also approved for certified natural cosmetics. No animals are harmed in the process. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

CANDIDA mouth rinses:
There is a simple but very effective alternative to chlorhexidine for mouth rinses against tooth decay and plaque-forming bacteria, which anyone can make at home, namely COLDLY ADDED GREEN TEA.
If anyone has the idea of using the ready-made green tea from Migros, then I have to disappoint them, because the acidifier makes it unusable for dental care.

My husband and I have been using this mouthwash for years; unfortunately the formula has now been changed, the taste is no longer the same at all and we will no longer be buying it. It's a shame, because until now it was really very refreshing and effective.

Dear guest
Thank you for your feedback.
Unfortunately, we cannot fully understand your complaint about the taste. The last change to this product took place two years ago.
About two years ago, this product contained isopropanol (a clear, colorless liquid that is miscible with water and ethanol). This isopropenol has been replaced by alcohol. As a result of this change, it is very possible that the end consumer will perceive the taste differently.
You are welcome to provide us with the batch number and the M-date (sell by, use by) of your product. We can use this information to check our retained samples for any quality defects.
We hope this helps you and wish you a pleasant day. Your M-Infoline Team
