Why can't the Dental stick medium also be chewed in a 2 MM branch? There are now simply 2 picks with the fine ones. Incomprehensible to me. Specifically, it concerns the store in 6280 Hochdorf. I would have to drive 25 minutes to the next larger store where they are available, which is not reasonable. Kind regards

I have been using these sticks for years and miss them in my store. Where can I still find them? I live in 2563 200m from the M store.
Kind regards

Thank you for your interest.
The sticks are only available in larger stores. In your area, for example, this is the Centre Brügg or the Neumarkt in Biel.

Are these sticks no longer in the range? I can't find them in any store anymore. I appreciate these woods!
Dear guest
Thank you for your post.
Yes, the Candida Sticks are still available, but only in very large stores.
If you let us know in which region you do your shopping, we will be happy to find you a store that has the product in its range.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

I've written this before, but my comment was probably wiped out by the M censors. The product is completely useless because the dental sticks are made of such poor quality wood that they cannot withstand any pressure. Other products can be pushed between the teeth without breaking, but this product folds open immediately.
Dear Peet Lenel
Our greatest interest is that the users of our products are satisfied. Despite all the checks and checklists, it can happen that a product does not quite meet the requirements. This was obviously the case with both dental sticks. However, it must be remembered that wood is a natural product and therefore every dental stick is different. Sometimes the wood is more fibrous, more brittle and sometimes more elastic. This is even possible within the same tree trunk.
However, there are two very important tips for using the wooden sticks:
1. you should definitely moisten the sticks in your mouth 10-15 sec. before use. This makes
them very supple and elastic afterwards.
2. the sticks should never be inserted into the interdental space with too much pressure.
Best regards
Your M-Infoline Team

The moistening instructions are also on the other dental sticks (e.g. Elmex) that work. The ones my dentist gives me NEVER break. It's obviously a different type of wood. Fir wood is obviously not suitable for this purpose. The fact that the other products work means something, doesn't it?
