The carpet lies nice and flat on the floor. It smells slightly of fermenting grasses, not really harsh. The color is a pleasant warm beige. I thought it was petty that I didn't receive the 10 or 20% (I can't remember exactly) opening discount on the day I picked it up at the Sihlcity store because I had ordered the rug a few days earlier.

Decorative beautiful natural carpet, but after only a short time the edge of the carpet comes loose and no longer looks nice. Unfortunately poor quality.

We actually really like the rug and would give it 5 stars, but considering that the rug is supposed to be made of 100% natural material, it contains a conspicuous number of silver-colored pieces of plastic foil that were woven into it and took us hours to pluck out! Some of these pieces of plastic were up to 10 cm long and half a centimeter wide and ran along the jute fiber in the carpet. Who knows how much plastic is still in there that is not directly visible on the surface... We even had a piece of thick metal wire in our carpet that could even have posed a risk of injury!

Lovely soft carpet but unfortunately it already looks very worn after just a few weeks as braided threads are coming out everywhere and sticking out. So I wouldn't describe it as "robust". We have the rug under the dining table.
