Hello, it's good that the new bottle is made of 100% recycled material. Unfortunately, I can no longer see the fill level - which also makes the display obsolete. However, the fill level is important for the descaler, as I (and probably many others) use it to measure the 200 ml for cleaning. Have you heard of this? Do you already have a solution? Hello Schubiduuu, thank you for your feedback. The material is produced according to the bottle-to-bottle principle. This means that we effectively only used material that was also returned to Migros. This made the bottle darker than originally intended. We were aware that the markings on the side of the bottle could no longer be used and corrected the application accordingly. We used to point out the markings for assistance. We are already working on revising the bottle. Until then, we recommend the use of a measuring cup. Hello, I personally also find the lids difficult to open. I've had other bottles with childproof lids that opened better. There's something else... the last time I bought one, I noticed that about half of the bottles were leaking and there was a lot of descaling liquid residue on the shelf and in the promotional packs. This could be problematic, especially if there are children in the store. I think you could optimize the cap. Thank you very much

Is there a trick for opening the Potz Power Protector Calc bottle more easily? The first time I use it, my husband has to saw off the bottom edge of the lid because he can't open it any other way.
Hello Marie6, thank you for the question. The lids have a child safety lock. The red lid has a mark at the bottom on both sides. Keep this slightly pressed in with your thumb and index finger when opening / turning the lid. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

As a woman who is not exactly built like a strongman, it's one thing that I can't do it. Unfortunately, neither can my husband, a handyman who is used to being strong and works in his workshop every day. I have just read your reply to Migroskind74. I was a little surprised that the person in question received the same reply as I did, even though this particular trick doesn't work. Otherwise I would not have written back to you. In future, we will not use this product from Migros and will buy it from the competition. Because sawing open the lid - as my husband can fortunately do in his well-equipped workshop - is too laborious in the long run and cannot be in the interests of the matter. Kind regards

The container is fitted with a child safety lock. This explains the special handling. As you have already learned, we did not notice any deviations when we tested the batch you mentioned. Nevertheless, we agree with you that the bottle should be easier for adults to open. For this reason, we are continuing to follow the issue closely.
