Can’t Migros tell a producer that product changes aren’t going over well with customers and demand that they be reversed? After all, isn’t Migros the customer here? The flavor itself remains unchanged, but the altered structure of the powder may give a different impression.
The adjustment to the manufacturing process is permanent. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that we always pay close attention to the wishes and feedback of our customers. We have therefore forwarded your honest feedback to the relevant department.

Hello Civitas, as stated on the packaging, the product does not contain caffeine. It consists of pure chicory. Chicory has always been added to coffee to add flavor. This mixture is best suited for coffee with milk and not as a pure chicory drink, at least not in Switzerland. In France, chicory is drunk pure. The product contains 35% soluble coffee. Hello Stoodee, the product consists exclusively of roasted coffee and roasted chicory, no sugar (sucrose) or other sugars are added.
