I would be very happy if the previous version of Voncore became available again. From what I have read, I am not the only one who would like to have the previous version back. Thank you very much for letting me know.
If the previous version is brought back, we will gladly buy it again.
Hello Stiegelerm, thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the current version. The manufacturing process has been modified, resulting in a finer powder. The final step, known as agglomeration (accumulation), has been omitted. This means that the product is heated less intensely, which should make the flavor more intense. The taste itself has not been changed, but the new powder structure may have a different effect. This change is permanent. We have forwarded your request to be able to purchase the previous version of Cafino Voncoré to the relevant department. We hope you find our approach satisfactory. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

This coffee blend consists of 40% chicory. Why doesn't Migros have Robusta with a larger proportion of Robusta? Or exclusively Robusta?
I just bought this coffee for the first time yesterday and can't find anything about Robusta on the packaging. Why is that?
Hello Civitas, thank you for your message. We will be happy to look into your question. First of all, can we ask you to explain your request regarding the Robusta content? It is important to us to avoid misunderstandings 😊. Do you also have a pack to provide us with the best-before date and the batch/lot number? The batch/lot number is usually located next to the best-before date and usually contains a mixture of letters and numbers. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for your reply. See enclosure.
Hello Civitas, as stated on the packaging, the product does not contain caffeine. It consists of pure chicory. Chicory has always been added to coffee to add flavor. This mixture is best suited for coffee with milk and not as a pure chicory drink, at least not in Switzerland. In France, chicory is drunk pure. The product contains 35% soluble coffee. The coffee beans in this soluble coffee are Robusta beans. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for your information.
My question again: Why is there no mention of Robusta on the packaging?
Hello Civitas, thank you for your question. In principle, this does not have to be declared. However, we will be happy to consider your input for the next packaging revision. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
Many thanks and best regards

Does this product contain sugar? (also refers to malt, glucose,...)
Hello Stoodee, the product consists exclusively of roasted coffee and roasted chicory, no sugar (sucrose) or other sugars are added. Coffee and coffee products (such as Cafino Voncoré) are exempt from nutritional labeling because they have such a low nutritional value. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Many thanks dear M-Infoline team!
