In fact, the manufacturing process has been adjusted, resulting in a finer powder. The final step in the process, known as agglomeration, has been omitted. The goal of this change is to reduce the thermal stress on the product and thereby enhance the intensity of the flavor. The flavor itself remains unchanged, but the altered structure of the powder may give a different impression.
The adjustment to the manufacturing process is permanent. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize that we always pay close attention to the wishes and feedback of our customers. We have therefore forwarded your honest feedback to the relevant department.
We assure you that the coffee continues to meet the high quality standards you have come to expect from us. However, since coffee is a natural product, slight variations in taste may occur. These are natural and, unfortunately, cannot be completely avoided.

I would be very happy if the previous version of Voncore became available again. From what I have read, I am not the only one who would like to have the previous version back. Thank you very much for letting me know.

The taste itself has not been changed, but the new powder structure may have a different effect. This change is permanent. This coffee blend consists of 40% chicory. Why doesn't Migros have Robusta with a larger proportion of Robusta? Or exclusively Robusta?
I just bought this coffee for the first time yesterday and can't find anything about Robusta on the packaging. Why is that?

Hello Civitas, as stated on the packaging, the product does not contain caffeine. It consists of pure chicory. Chicory has always been added to coffee to add flavor. This mixture is best suited for coffee with milk and not as a pure chicory drink, at least not in Switzerland. In France, chicory is drunk pure. The product contains 35% soluble coffee. Does this product contain sugar? (also refers to malt, glucose,...)
Hello Stoodee, the product consists exclusively of roasted coffee and roasted chicory, no sugar (sucrose) or other sugars are added. Coffee and coffee products (such as Cafino Voncoré) are exempt from nutritional labeling because they have such a low nutritional value. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
