Dear people...why are the Royal coffee capsules not available for the Delizio coffee machine...I am a fan of your coffee in the Migros restaurant. Thank you if you could implement this and of course for your feedback. LG
Hello SojaFasan, thank you for your request. Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement this as the coffee systems are different. However, we have taken your suggestion on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How much caffeine in milligrams does one capsule contain?
Hello MikeI, thank you for your request. We have not forgotten you. Our investigations are still ongoing. We will get back to you as soon as we have the answer from the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello MikeI, thank you very much for your patience. As promised, we will get back to you. Unfortunately, it is difficult to make a statement about the caffeine content of a cup of Café Royal coffee, as various influencing factors play a role. These include the size of the cup, the type of coffee (Arabica/Robusta), the degree of roast, the filling quantity of the capsule, etc. With Lungo Forte, however, you can expect around 90 mg of caffeine in a cup size of 110 ml. I wanted to ask why this pack costs almost half as much in Germany? The production is in Switzerland
Hello Zimbi86, thank you for your inquiry. We have no influence on the pricing of other providers. We can only assure you that we are guided by the local market. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why doesn't the app say that the capsules are on promotion this week?
Missing actions in the app every week.....is tedious
Hello Kymba00, it was a technical error. The campaign has now been activated. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why did they switch to aluminum capsules? Is it really sustainable if the capsules end up in the waste bag or does Migros believe that customers will dispose of them at the waste collection point? For me, this is out of the question for various reasons! What a shame, I won't be buying any more coffee from Migros.
Hello Elena20, we are seeing the increasing relevance of aluminum capsules in the compatible capsule market. Firstly, they are easier to insert and secondly, the coffee retains its quality for longer, as aluminum has a better barrier function against air, moisture and light. Aluminum is resource- and energy-intensive to produce, but is also ideal for recycling. Our Café Royal aluminum capsules are also 100% recyclable! Since the end of January 2020, Migros has therefore been taking back used aluminum coffee capsules in all Migros sales outlets at the appropriate collection points. The separate collection enables the recycling of aluminum and coffee grounds. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

We have an older Nespresso machine. With these new capsules, 1/3 of the amount of water runs through. Plastic capsules work perfectly.
Hello Adler21, we are sorry that the capsules are giving cause for complaint. Please send the following information to our email address m-infoline@migros.ch so that we can clarify the issue: Make and model of the coffee machine, age of the coffee machine, the best-before date and lot number of the Café Royal Lungo Forte capsules, is a water softening/descaling system installed in your home? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
