Is it baked in the store?
Hello Kafioma, thank you for your question. It depends on where you shop. If you let us know where you're buying from, we'll check it for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The IP Suisse butter plait is baked in the store. However, this plait is only on sale in branches without an in-house bakery; in branches with an in-house bakery, the plaits are produced fresh every day. your M-Infoline team
Thanks M-Infoline, that's why it's doughy and not airy.

Why are barn eggs and not free-range eggs used for the plait?
Hello MiStpn, thank you for your question. We would like to process only free-range eggs. Due to the current egg shortage (CH, EU), this is unfortunately not possible at the moment. JOWA AG is committed to using only eggs from animal-friendly husbandry - this is also laid down in our raw materials charter. In addition to the legal requirements, we have introduced the winter garden (covered, weather-protected fresh air area) as standard for barn rearing. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
